This is the only passive investment immigration program in all of Canada, with direct access to permanent residency upon arrival.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria
- Min CAD$2,000,000 net worth of all assets between husband and wife;
- Min payment of either $355,000.- as a one-time fee, or $1,200,000.- for 5 years without profit/loss;
- Management experience required;
- Tax and asset documentation very important.
Advantages
- PR on arrival;
- IELTS/TEF is not mandatory;
- No business plan or purchase required;
- No age limit (recommend below 65);
- No post-secondary education requirements;
- Fast-track and lower requirements for French-speaking applicants;
- No consultation fee, only retainer deposit;
- If French is applicants 1st language, they are fast-tracked in the program and lower fees.
Disadvantages
- High net worth and investment requirement;
- Long processing times 4-4.5 years for non-French speaking applicants;
- Max limit of applicants accepted per country/region (non-French speaking applicants);
- Highest government application fee amongst all provinces;
- Specific intake period deadlines (typically once a year).
